Before booking your stay with us, please take the time to read the following policies.
Booking Policy
Full payment by credit card through PayPal or bank transfer is required to secure your booking.
All prices are in Thai Baht.
Check in time : from 2pm to 9pm
Check out time : from 7.30am to 11am
Children are welcome at Coco Beach Bungalows.
Children under 5 years old can stay in their parents’room for free.
Guests older than 5 years old are subject to the full adult fare.
All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking in the resort is allowed in open-air areas and on your private balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation if the booking is canceled 30 days or more before arrival.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
- In the event of a no-show the full cost of the booking is charged.
- in the event of a reduction of stay after arrival date the full cost of the booking is charged.
