How to get to Coco Beach Bungalows
When you arrive in Lipe, the boat drops you on Pattaya Beach or Sunrise Beach, depending on the boat companies and where you come from.
From there, you can take a taxi-bike to come to Coco Beach Bungalows. Taxi-bikes can fit up to 3 people with luggages.
There are plenty of taxi bikes waiting for travellers at the boat arrival point. Price of the taxi-bike is 50 baht per person and the ride to our resort takes less than 10 minutes.
We can easily arrange your transfers from Hat Yai or Pak Bara to Koh Lipe. Send us an email or add a transfer request when you fill in the “room booking form”
Lipe is part of Tarutao National Park and therefore, when you arrive on the island, you will be asked to pay a National Park entrance fee. The price is 200 baht per person. Keep the receipt as it is valid for the full-length of your stay.
You need to show this receipt when you go on a snorkeling trip to the nearby islands. If you can’t provide it, you will be asked to pay it again.
How to get to Koh Lipe
If you come from Bangkok :
From Don Muang Domestic Airport, fly with Nokair, Airasia or ThaiSmile Airways to Hat Yai.
From Suvarnabhumi International Airport, fly with ThaiSmile Airways to Hat Yai.
You can also take a train or a bus to Hat Yai.
From Hat Yai to Pak Bara Pier :
It’s a 1h30 to 2h00 drive between Hat Yai and Pak Bara Pier. We can book a private taxi or a seat on a shared minivan for you. Both taxi and van can pick you up at the airport, at your hotel or at the bus station.
The van is a cheap option it runs 4 times per day. Taxi is available 24/7.
Van from Hat Yai airport to Pak Bara pier : 8.30 am / 9.30 am / 11.00 am / 1.00 pm
Van from Pak Bara pier to Hat Yai airport : 11.30 am / 1.30 pm / 3.30 pm / 5.30 pm

Minivan : 250 baht per person, one way. One luggage per person allowed.
Taxi : 1800 baht per car, one way (max 3 persons).
Private minivan : 2200 baht per van, one way (max 10 persons).
From Pak Bara Pier to Koh Lipe :
You have the choice between a speedboat ride and a ferryboat ride.
The trips takes 1h30 if the boat is direct and 2h30 if the boat stops in Tarutao and Koh Khai on the way.
Speedboat offers 4 rides a day : 9.30 am / 10.30 am / 11.30 am / 1.30 am / 3.30 am
from October to May,
and 2 rides per day fromJune to September.
Speedboat routes are open all year round.
Boat ticket is 600 baht per person per way.
From Langkawi to Koh Lipe :
If you arrive from Kuala Lumpur, you can decide to fly to Hat Yai or to Langkawi. Langkawi is more convenient. You have the possibility to book your Langkawi-Lipe boat ticket online here.
Malay immigration service is done on Langkawi and Thai immigration service is organized upon arrival on Lipe.
From Phuket, Koh Lanta, Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lipe :
There is one speed boat per day from Phuket to Koh Lanta. In Koh Lanta, you can take the connecting boat to Koh Lipe.
